At YourLuxuryResorts.com, we strive to offer the best possible experience for our guests. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking process, please review our reservation and booking policies for various destinations:

Mexico and Dominican Republic (DR)

  • No Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once a reservation is made for our resorts in Mexico or the Dominican Republic.
  • Cancellation Policy – 30 Days Notice: If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your scheduled vacation date, you are eligible to reschedule your stay. You will receive a credit equal to the amount of your original reservation, valid for any available dates within two years from the original booking date. This credit can be applied to future bookings within that timeframe.
  • Cancellation Policy – Within 30 Days: If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your scheduled vacation date, you will receive full credit. This credit must be used within the same calendar year of the original booking. Please note that the same accommodations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
  • Flexible Rebooking: You may rebook your stay at any of our resorts in Mexico or the Dominican Republic within the credit period, subject to availability.

Bahamas and Dubai

  • Deferred Payment Policy: No payment is required at the time of booking. The full payment is due one week before your scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to one week before your scheduled arrival date.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within one week of the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

General Terms

  • Direct Bookings: Our direct booking system is designed to make your experience seamless. Once you complete the web form on our Get Started page, our team will promptly contact you to gather more information and begin booking.
  • Booking Confirmation: After our team has finalized the details of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your reservation information and payment schedule (if applicable).
  • Modifications: Any changes to your reservation, such as date adjustments or guest modifications, must be requested at least one week before your scheduled arrival. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Special Requests: We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but they cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Standard Processing Fee: Approximately 3% of the total booking amount. This fee covers the costs associated with credit card processing. Please review this fee during the booking process to ensure complete transparency regarding your total payment. Waived for villas bookings.
  • Food and Beverage Charge: Prices vary depending on booking details. Please contact us today for more information.
  • Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
